Terms of Sale

1. Who you are dealing with

The Malaysia Plan is published by Paweł Raja Consulting (Paweł Raja), NIP 8982044232, REGON 021177104, Poland. Address: [to be completed before launch]. Email: pawel.raja@urvis.bike.

You buy from us directly. We are the seller and the publisher — there is no reseller or marketplace in between. Checkout runs on EasyTools and your payment is processed by Stripe; both handle the transaction on our behalf and neither becomes the seller. Our name is what appears on your receipt.

2. What you are buying

A digital guide of 141 pages with 9 maps, delivered as two PDF files — a mobile edition and a print-ready A4 edition — together with a printable packing checklist. There is no physical product, no app and no account to create.

The guide covers Peninsular Malaysia only: Kuala Lumpur, Melaka, Cameron Highlands, Penang and Langkawi. It does not cover Borneo.

3. Price and VAT

The price is €24.90 until 30 September 2026, after which it becomes €39.90. Whatever you pay is a single payment — no subscription, nothing renews, and the price shown at checkout is the price taken. Nothing is added at the end.

Any tax due is already included in that figure. [to be completed before launch] — confirm this wording with an accountant once the seller's VAT registration status is settled.

If you need an invoice with your company details on it, email us and we will issue one.

4. How the contract is made, and delivery

The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed. Your files are sent to the email address you give at checkout, normally within a few minutes. If nothing arrives within an hour, check your spam folder and then email us — we will resend.

Because the guide is delivered straight away, checkout asks you to confirm two things before you pay: that you want it delivered immediately, and that you understand this ends your right to withdraw. You cannot complete the purchase without ticking that box, and we record that you did. Section 6 explains what it means.

5. What you may do with it

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to read, store and print the guide for your own travel. Keep copies on as many of your own devices as you like, and print as many copies as you need for your own trip.

You may not resell it, republish it, share the files publicly, or upload them to file-sharing or content sites. The text, maps, routes and layout remain our copyright.

6. Cancelling, and our refund guarantee

Two separate things apply here, and the second is more generous than the first.

Your statutory right. As a consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content, that right ends once delivery has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose it — which is what the checkbox at checkout records. So once your files are sent, the statutory right is spent.

This guarantee is given voluntarily and in addition to your rights under law. It does not limit them.

7. If something is wrong with it

The guide must match what this page describes. If it does not — a file will not open, pages are missing, a map is unreadable — tell us and we will put it right or refund you. These rights come from EU rules on digital content and last for the statutory period; the refund guarantee in section 6 sits on top of them.

8. Updates

Revisions of this edition are free, for as long as the guide exists, and go to the address you bought with. We revise it about twice a year. We cannot promise a specific future revision on a specific date.

9. What the guide is, and is not

This is travel information, not personal advice. Prices, timetables, opening hours, ferry routes and entry rules change, sometimes at short notice, and every date-sensitive claim in the guide carries the date it was checked.

You remain responsible for your own visas, entry requirements, insurance, health precautions and safety decisions, and for checking anything time-critical against the official source before you rely on it. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

10. Law and disputes

Polish law applies. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country.

11. Changes

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version that applies to you is the one published when you bought. Current version: 28 August 2026.
