Who is responsible

What we collect

• Your email address, so we can send the files, your receipt and future updates.
• Your order details — what you bought, when, and the amount.
• If you write to us: your message and whatever you put in it.

The free preview is a plain download. It is not gated, and we do not collect anything to give it to you.

Your card details never reach us. They go directly to the payment provider.

Why, and on what basis

• To deliver what you bought and to support it — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, performance of a contract.
• To keep accounting and tax records — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, legal obligation.
• To answer correspondence and to establish or defend claims — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest.

We make no automated decisions about you, and nothing on this site decides anything on its own.

How long we keep it

Accounting records for five years from the end of the tax year in which the sale happened, as Polish tax law requires. Your email address for as long as you may want updates or support, and correspondence until the relevant limitation period ends. After that we delete or anonymise it.

Who else sees it

Only the providers we need to run this: EasyTools, which powers our checkout, and Stripe, which processes the payment. Alongside them, the service that sends your delivery email, our hosting provider, and cookieless analytics. If you agreed to advertising measurement, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. also receives the fact of your visit. Each acts on our instructions. Where a provider is outside the EEA, transfers rely on the European Commission standard contractual clauses.

Advertising measurement

If — and only if — you agree, we load the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. that you visited, so we can tell which advert brought you here. It sets a cookie named `_fbp` on your device.

The legal basis is your consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — and nothing loads before you give it. You can withdraw it at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer, which is as easy as giving it was. Withdrawing does not affect anything already collected, and has no effect at all on a purchase you have made.

Your rights

• Access a copy of your data, and have it corrected.
• Have it deleted, or its processing restricted.
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Receive it in a portable format.
• Complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), Warsaw.
