If the guide doesn't earn its price, email us within 14 days of buying and we refund you in full. No form to fill in, no questions to answer. You keep the packing checklist either way.
How to ask
Email pawel.raja@urvis.bike from the address you bought with, or quote your order ID. We do not ask why, and we do not try to talk you out of it. Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within a few working days.
Why we offer it
A digital file cannot be returned, so the only honest way to sell one is to make the risk ours rather than yours. If the route does not suit your trip, you should not be out of pocket.
How this sits with your legal rights
This is a voluntary guarantee we give on top of the law, not a restatement of it. Your statutory rights as a consumer — including the rules on digital content that does not match its description — are unaffected. Section 6 of the Terms of Sale explains the interaction.
